  1. Get verified

    Create your profile and submit your ID, SafeSport certificate and background check request. Byde staff review each one privately.

  2. Claim games

    Browse open games by list or calendar. The rate, level and venue are on every card. One tap claims it.

  3. Show up, level up

    Each game you work builds your earnings, your streak and your reliability score, the record leagues look for.

Every official on Byde earns a score from 500 to 940, built only from what they actually do. It rewards the people who keep their word, and it tells leagues who they can count on.

When does Byde launch?

Byde is in final testing for iPhone. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it's available.

Where will Byde be available?

We're starting with a small group of leagues and growing from there. The ZIP code you share when you join tells us where officials and leagues are waiting.

Which sports does Byde support?

Any sport with scheduled games and officials: soccer, basketball, football, baseball, volleyball and more. Every game card shows the sport and level.

How do leagues bring their schedules in?

Upload a PDF, a photo of a printed schedule or a spreadsheet, or paste the text. Byde turns it into games and asks you to confirm anything it can't match, like a venue it hasn't seen before.

What happens if I need to drop a game?

You can release a game in the app and the spot reopens for other officials right away. Dropping within 48 hours of the start counts against your reliability score, so leagues know who keeps their word.

Is my information safe?

Verification documents are stored privately and reviewed only by Byde staff. Leagues see your name, your verified status and your record with them, never your documents.
